Victorian Gentlemans residence at the turn of the century, now run by a local couple as a bed and breakfast. We have been operating for 14 years now and we are now a 4 star ETC graded residence. We have gathered an international following both with our cleanliness and service, and our Cornish breakfast are a must have. We are ideally situated just opposite Morrab sub-tropical gardens and about 150 metres of the promenade. Pubs and restaurants are just a short stroll away as is the footpath/cycle path and both Newlyn and Penzance harbours. St Michaels Mounts is only a short hike away, with Lands End, St Ives and the Minach Theatre and many lovely beaches a 15 minute drive.
